Having the right mindsets, skillsets, and competencies is key to cultivating cultures of inclusion and high performance.
The DEI Certificate of Mastery in “Cultivating Cultures of Inclusion, Equity, and High Performance” course is a customizable, interactive virtual learning experience that will offer the latest research, thought leadership, real solutions and strategies for real organizational challenges in DEI. Participants will leave with practical tools, templates, and best practices, that will prepare them to effectively lead DEI efforts in their organization. It will also enable them to influence a culture transformation that fosters greater equity, inclusion, and high performance.
This Certificate Program can be offered onsite or virtually and consists of self-paced learning activities, live facilitated workshops with DEI experts, and a plethora of resources. Upon completion of the program, participants will increase their knowledge, understanding and abilities for how to work and lead more inclusively in a diverse, global, virtual, and ever-changing world. A Certificate of Mastery in “Cultivating Cultures of Inclusion, Equity, and High Performance” will be awarded to all participants who successfully complete all Learning Paths for a total of 12 hours of coursework and who pass the Post Course Assessment.
